This beautiful apartment is located in one of the best residential areas of Santa Cruz, with private parking, mountain and sea views. In the area you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. In front of the building there is a bus stop that connects both with the beach of Las Teresitas and the rest of the city. The terrace overlooking the square and the sea, is ideal for breakfast and has a cosy corner, perfect for reading while having an aperitif.
We have taken great care to ensure that you have all the necessary details for a pleasant stay. It is very suitable for a holiday stay as well as for remote work.
For holidays, it is ideal both to enjoy the city and as a base for touring the island, which is facilitated by a free private parking in the same building. The flat has wifi, smart TV with international channels, sound bar, a PlayStation PS5 connected with 1 Gb fibre optic cable, two controllers and games.
Its quiet location and having a folding desk, from which power points emerge, and internet access via fibre optic 1 GB, makes it ideal for teleworking and video conferencing without interruption. It has 2 bedrooms, both with top quality mattresses, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second has a single bed, folding desk and ethernet socket to connect to the internet with cable to the 1 Gb fibre optic socket.
It also has a complete bathroom, independent kitchen, utility room and a terrace with views of a square and the sea. It has private parking in the same building. The hot water is central and the hob and ovens are electric. The kitchen has reverse osmosis filtered water, so there is no need to buy or carry bottled water. The living room and bedrooms have dimmable lamps and include a silent fan with retractable blades. Access to the flat is via an intelligent lock and the door to the outside of the building can be opened, as well as the door to the flat itself. The maximum number of guests is 3 adults and 1 baby, who sleeps in a travel cot and has a high chair.
With a privileged location, it has restaurants and supermarkets around, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital, as well as a great connection with buses and trams to move around without using the car.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker, kettle, hair and clothes iron, hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair, and much more.
