This beautiful independent house is ideal for families, couples, friends and all those nature lovers. It has a capacity for 4 people, 100mb Wifi fibre internet and a desk, ideal for teleworking. It has two large bedrooms, one on each floor, the master bedroom, located on the top floor, has a queen-size bed. On this same floor, you will find the telecommuting area and a toilet. The second bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a trundle bed. With a bathroom with shower and a toilet in total, a spacious living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a fully equipped open concept kitchen that connects to the living room. With a nice decoration, where care has been taken to the smallest detail and a large garden surrounding the house, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch on the barbecue, relax and unwind in nature and the atmosphere of the place.
Located in a beautiful natural environment, a few minutes drive from Arucas, declared of historical-artistic interest, with a lot of charm, and the bathing areas of the north of the island. It is situated halfway between Agaete, Gáldar and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and is the perfect place to enjoy a fantastic stay in Gran Canaria.
