Comfortable and functional, it is distributed in a cosy open-plan space with a rest area that has a sofa-bed, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large window, through which natural light enters, with views of the mountains, perfect for having breakfast and relaxing. All this located in a large residential complex that has all the amenities, lift and all the necessary services around, such as shopping centre, supermarkets and restaurants.
Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island, perfect to enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes. It also has very good connections with the motorway to get to know the rest of the island easily.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, fan, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.
Air conditioning is not available for use.
The communal pool is currently under construction, so it is not available and you may experience some noise during the day.
