With two cosy bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to a nice terrace and the other with a queen size bed and fitted wardrobes, living room with two sofas, fully equipped kitchen, backyard, terrace with views of the city and the sea and a full bathroom and two toilets. With all kinds of amenities, 600mb fibre Wifi Internet, TV with satellite channel, air conditioning, garden and parking in the private urbanization in which it is located and everything you may need.
Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes and two minutes drive from the Meloneras Golf Course.
The house has an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, blender, juicer, clothes iron, garden, large terraces and outdoor spaces, fibre Wifi Internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, parking, bed linen and shower towels.
The house has three floors.
The communal pool is currently under construction, so it is not available and you may experience some noise during the day.

A mi pareja y a mi nos encanta jugar al golf y como esta casa está tan cerca del Campo de Golf de Meloneras y de la playa, nos decantamos por el! Una vez allí nos enamoramos de su terraza con hamacas, que invitaban al descanso y a tomar el sol. Tambisee more

Una vez allí nos enamoramos de su terraza con hamacas, que invitaban al descanso y a tomar el sol. También es una pasada que tenga wifi de fibra a tanta velocidad lo que nos permitió ver pelis en el portátil y teletrabajar un poquito. Tiene de todo para pasar una vacaciones de 10, volveremos!!!
